I have a tattoo on my ankle as well. It's a Kanji symbol for Laughter; Smile.

Umh, angiela77, my boyfriend wants me to tell you that you're full of shit because he's Chinese and he even asked his parents to make sure it was "inner strength" and it was. Pretty sure they'd know what the hell it said.

Besides, the bottom symbol is obviously "strength / power" so I dunno wtf you were smoking but you might wanna do less of that.
